Whether you need them for pecan pie, brownies, muffins, or so many other recipes, pecans are the #1 nut used for baking. We always look for the best pecans we can find. These are all fancy grade. The mammoth pecan halves are desireables from Georgia - big & bright. The large pecan pieces are also desireables. The medium pecan pieces are Texas natives, we generally carry the small native halves as well. We also carry pecan meal. It is a coarse grind, about the consistency of corn meal.
