Nuts

Nuts are delicious and nutritious!  More and more we see information about the health benefits of eating nuts.  We have all kinds of nuts - pecans, almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, mixed nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts.  We look all over to get the highest quality.  Walnuts, almonds and pistachios come from California, and hazelnuts from Oregon.  Pecans are grown in Texas and Georgia.  Black walnuts are from Missouri.  The cashews are grown in India, and the macadamias come from Costa Rica. Brazils come from the Amazon basin.  We roast here on the premises.
To maintain freshness, nuts and seeds should be kept in a cool, dry place, preferably the freezer.  We do not recommend keeping nuts in the refrigerator, as they can absorb the moisture and the odors.
