Pumpkin seeds, or pepitas, are crunchy and delicious. They are an excellent source of amino acids tryptophan and glutamate, high in protein and Vitamin E, as well as B-complex vitamins. Enjoy them in salads, rice, and vegetable dishes. We put the pumpkin seeds in our Sweet and Salty Mix, and our Trail Mix.
